Enter the WhatsApp phone number linked to your Gwazh AI account. We'll send you a confirmation code via WhatsApp to verify your identity.
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your WhatsApp.
Your data deletion request has been processed.
If an account was associated with this number, all personal data has been permanently removed.

You can also delete your data directly in WhatsApp:
1Open your conversation with Gwazh AI on WhatsApp.
2Type and send: "delete my data"
3Confirm when prompted. Your data will be deleted within 24 hours.
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we permanently remove:
Your account and profile information
All conversation history
Learning progress, quiz results, and mastery data
Please note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose all
learning progress and will need to start fresh if you return to Gwazh AI.
What We May Retain
After deletion, we may retain:
Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you, for service improvement.
Records required by South African law.
