Gwazh AI ("Gwazh", "we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered tutoring service operated by Hones Software Services (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2024/007734/07), registered in South Africa.

We only collect information necessary to provide the service:
- Your phone number (provided via WhatsApp)
- Your grade and subject selections
- Learning data such as quiz scores and topic progress
- Basic usage data such as message counts
2. How We Use It
We use your information to provide and personalise the tutoring service, track your learning progress, enforce usage limits, and improve the service.
3. Data Security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
5. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to retain it.
6. Your Rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to the processing of your information
- Withdraw consent at any time

7. Children
Gwazh AI is designed for secondary school students aged 13 and above. If you are under 18, we encourage you to use Gwazh with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or on our website.
