1. The Service

Gwazh AI is an AI-powered tutor that helps secondary school students study subjects aligned to the CAPS curriculum. You access it by messaging us on WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid WhatsApp account. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

Your account is linked to your WhatsApp phone number. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payments

Gwazh AI uses a credit system. Each message you send uses one credit.

• New users receive a limited number of free credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased in-app. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Purchased credits are non-refundable.
• Unused credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits cannot be transferred to another account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything other than educational purposes
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Send abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Use bots or automated tools to interact with the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Gwazh AI is a study aid, not a replacement for your teacher. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors. Always verify important information with your textbook or teacher. We are not liable for academic outcomes.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Gwazh AI at any time. To delete your account and data, send "delete my data" in your WhatsApp chat or visit our data deletion page. Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
